[On Christmas morning, there's a note for El under the tree, telling her to check the garage. There, she'll find a slightly rickety bike with a sloppily tied bow on its handlebars. Mike hasn't had a chance to paint over the old Budweiser logo, but it has a big enough basket to set her lantern in, and a couple of bungee cords to secure it.]

[ Eleven will find a package sitting outside her bedroom containing these socks and a bunch of face masks that they can do together!! There's also a note wishing her a "merry xmas" from Brianna. ]

[when he'd first learned about christmas, there'd been a heavy focus on it being about family. so when the idea of gifts had come up, he'd assumed that was the same. that presents, being a part of christmas, were only meant to be shared with family.

and then he found the gift from eleven, and promptly realized just how wrong he was.

so it's a few days later, after the stores have reopened and he's able to look around, that a gift turns up on eleven's doorstep. it's a paper bag with her name on it. and inside sits a tiny dragon friend along with a note apologizing for how late the gift is. plus a thank you for his. he's been wearing it ever since he found out it was from her]

[Even though she's been asleep, just floating over her bed after his conversation with Lucille, Dustin couldn't help but leave something by her bedside for when she came to.

First, a bouquet and some brownies designed with eleven in mind.]

[There is a jar of stars on Eleven's stoop, a few hours after Eleven delivered her gift. In the jar, at the very top, is a friendship bracelet. Taped to the side of the jar is a note in careful, neat handwriting.]

An echo of a voice, male, not familiar at all to her. Lucifer calls out too casually in the dark of a young girl's mind, one that hasn't quite slipped into a dream yet. She's a familiar presence, one that had moved things with her mind as she stood near Sam Winchester and his 'cargo'. He only heard bits and pieces of her conversations with Sam, but... Color him curious. After all, it's not usual for human beings to have the abilities she apparently does.

So he wanders into her dreams, slips between the yellow tape and big bolts on the doors, finds her at her best or worst, depending on what she had for dinner.

He would just love to meet Sammy's friends.
