IC permissions

physical contact Platonic physical contact is fine, she's just still not overly used to it outside a close circle. Getting there, though! Depending on her mood and/or how close the CR is, she might not like it but endure
mental contact Eleven has mental powers of her own, and nothing but bad things have reached out to her. I am fine with this - she might be spooked ;)
fighting/injury Absolutely, but please only after previous discussion - she has powers, but is physically weak
death Let's talk first
other For all interactions, please do keep in mind that she's only 14 years old. Please also keep in mind that Eleven has grown up an experiment, and has been abused. PTSD, flashbacks, and claustrophobia might come up with her, as well as the nature of her abuse, even if just in the narrative.

El's Powers

telekinesis Physically manipulate objects, people and creatures with her mind, amplified by her emotions. Can be used to lift/levitate/throw even heavy objects and affect inner organs, and manipulate electronics to an extent
mental abilities Extrasensory Perception, remote viewing (can seek out/spy on targets in different locations, under specific circumstances even over vast differences and dimensions), telepathy (commonly only in tandem with remote viewing), psychometry (can gain limited information about a person by touching objects associated with them), memory reading (in tandem with remote viewing)
regular abilities Basic survival skills (making a fire, hunting with the use of her powers), morse code (read/signal)
