Notes on Shipping: Shipping is honestly not my priority - Eleven is 14 years old, she canonically loves Mike, but even then I'm not too bothered to play with that much. He's special to her, whether they kiss or not. Eleven has had a traumatizing upbringing, let her be cute and affectionate and loving with someone, whether that's romantic or platonic. TL;DR: Not too fussed about shipping with her.
